Purpose

REEP Now’s vision is a world with a fair chance at life after prison. The purpose of REEP Now is to provide parole advocacy and support for all. Louisiana, unlike California, where parole representation is a right, does not grant prisoners a right to representation throughout the parole process. This results in unfair outcomes for those caught in the system of incarceration. REEP Now seeks to bridge this unjust gap and provide parole representation to as many eligible prisoners as possible.
