North Carolina Black Leadership and Organizing Collective (NC BLOC) is a state network composed of strong, publicly-active, left, Black-led institutions (organizations, business, schools, etc.) and community leaders who are dedicated to implementing strategies focused on advancing Black communities and prioritizing community-based programming dedicated to advancing Black liberation.


NC BLOC’s primary role is to serve as a statewide Black-led hub primarily focused on the following functions: Political Alignment & Power, Joint Practice & Mass Engagement, Mapping & Resources, Building Alternatives, and Collective Visioning & Strategic Planning.
