At Chances 4 Change Re-Entry Resource Center, our mission is to empower justice-involved individuals on their journey toward successful reintegration into society. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized support, fostering sustainable employment, stable housing, and personal development. Our commitment extends beyond reducing recidivism; we strive to enhance the overall well-being of those we serve. Through integrated case management, employment preparation, housing stabilization, skills-building, supportive services, and peer mentoring, we aspire to be a catalyst for positive transformation. Our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance for meaningful change. Together, we aim to break the cycle of incarceration and contribute to a safer, more inclusive community for all.”
