Mission

The mission of Aha! Moment, which was established in 2016, is to raise awareness about the unique mental health issues faced by survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, stalking, or trafficking.  Aha! provides outreach events to help connect survivors and helpers. The focus is on mental health and connections.

Purpose

Aha! Moment uses outreach events and community partnerships to raise awareness about the unique mental health issues faced by survivors of trauma. Our goal is to increase the number of survivors that access the wonderful community services that can potentially change their lives, and to help professional supporters maintain their quality of life and avoid burnout. We specialize in the following types of trauma: sexual assault, domestic abuse, incest, stalking, trafficking, bullying, and other types of interpersonal trauma.
