FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPING OF PROJECT FUNDS
Income
- Processes all revenue of the project including donations, grants, contracts, memberships, project related sales income, and in-kind donations
- Guides projects on set-up for online and mobile credit card processing for revenue
- Tracking donor contact information for projects
Expenses
- Offers streamlined system for projects to provide receipts and invoices for expenses
- Processes all payments for the project via check, electronic fund transfer, and wires
- Payments issued as reimbursements to project team, or direct pay to vendors of the project
Financial Reports
- Profit and loss statements for project activity are issued at anytime as requested
- Project actuals vs. budget tracking can be set up for each group
- Restricted sub-accounts based on a grant or fundraising program are set up as needed
- A budget template is distributed each year to guide projects in developing an annual budget
HR MANAGEMENT AND PAYROLL SERVICES
- Cost analysis performed to determine budget for hiring employees
- Dedicated staff to guide in hiring process for project employees
- On-boarding of new staff including review of Employee Handbook and IISP policy
- Payroll processing for project employees, including paystubs and annual W4 form
