Jennifer Hoffman

Executive Director

Jennifer has led SEE through for over ten years of organizational growth and development. Jennifer’s position working directly with programs from inception to more mature stages has provided her with a unique perspective on effective growth and impacts of non-profits. Jennifer has served on the board and advisory committees for efforts relating to human rights and environmental conservation. Most recently, she launched a social enterprise program within SEE titled Accountability which offers administrative and financial services to independent non-profit entities. Jennifer is the co-founder of the Southern California Fiscal Sponsors Network, a regional group that meets quarterly to discuss the unique aspects of fiscal sponsorship. Jennifer attended the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard University.

Heidi Kaminsky

Human Resource Manager

Heidi joins SEE with over 25 years of experience working in the area of human resources and 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Heidi is responsible for ensuring the organization is in compliance and up to date on regulations relating to employment law. She oversees the hiring of employees and contractors by projects and offers guidance on staff management to project directors in addition to managing all aspects of insurance at SEE. Heidi has served on the board of local non-profits and was honored by the Los Angeles City Council for recognition in volunteerism in 2012. Heidi earned a BA in Child Development from California State University Northridge and holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from Loyola Marymount University.

April Tucker

Finance Manager

April brings over 15 years of vast experience in finance and accounting. Having worked for several financial institutions and accounting firms, April brings a breadth of knowledge to the organization in this field. She provides sound financial guidance to the projects, processes accounts payable, and acts as the liaison to our accounting firm. April graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minor in Finance with top honors, and earned an MBA in Sustainable Business from California Lutheran University and a Master of Arts from Loyola Marymount University.

Brittany Canino

Office Coordinator

Brittany has over ten years of administrative experience in real estate and property management industry, where she developed a strong understanding and passion for customer service. In addition to serving as the primary point of contact for all projects and supporters of SEE, Brittany acts as the lead source for administrative support to the Executive Director and the organization in general. She is the main contact for SEE’s Spanish services. Brittany is invested in making a difference in the lives of those around her and in the world as a whole, beginning with the remarkable projects here at SEE.

Mona Kohan

Accounting Associate

Mona joins SEE with many years of accounting experience in different industries, some of which are human resources corporate accounting, entertainment corporate accounting and the auto industry. She is responsible for processing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll entries and working with an outside accounting firm to complete SEE’s annual tax filings and audit. Mona takes pride in being part of SEE by supporting projects that make a difference in so many lives. Mona graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Systems.

Karen Tiffany

Operations Associate

Karen has over 30 years of experience in management and office support. At SEE she drives operational efficiencies and provides support services to ensure project needs are fulfilled. Karen assists the Human Resources department in the day-to-day operations as well as health insurance registrations of SEE employees and projects. Karen has a BS from The University of Phoenix in Management. She is very proud to be at SEE and working with such inspiring leaders and activists.

Danna Moore

Administrative Coordinator

Danna Moore has over five years of administrative experience in real estate and escrow. Through that experience she has developed the skills needed to provide exemplary customer service support and ensure organizational efficiency. At SEE Danna works with staff and projects to support fundraising efforts, donor and grant tracking, and fulfillment of project requests. Her passion for helping others and desire to make a difference in the world led her to seek her role at SEE. Danna graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix, and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
